The Boss DM-3 Delay followed the DM-2 as a compact analog delay with warm bucket-brigade repeats, simple controls, and stage-friendly Boss reliability. Repeat Rate, Echo, and Intensity cover slapback, thickening, rhythmic ambience, and self-oscillation without menu logic or tap tempo. It keeps the dark analog character players expect, but often feels a little cleaner and more controlled than its predecessor.
